Our green tea (Camellia sinensis) begins as young tender leaf buds, plucked fresh at the height of potency and flavor. Each leaf is simply steamed, rolled and gently flash-dried to hold in the delicate flavor and aroma. Every batch is carefully, hand inspected and certified Kosher to ensure goodness and purity. When it comes to green teas no one knows better than Uncle Lee's. We've been creating fine teas for over 50 years, combining traditional methods from ancient China with western technology of today. The caffeine content of our green tea is approximately 20mg per cup. Black tea contains 80-120mg per cup and coffee, 100-120mg.
