| Fiber Plus Suggested Use: |
Adults-5 capsules, one to three times a day. Children (6-12)-Half adult dose. Start by taking l dose each day. Gradually increase to 3 doses per day as needed. Swallow one capsule at a time. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. For relief of occasional irregularity; results generally within 6 to 12 hours.
