Arnica gel: Gently apply a thin layer of Arnica Gel to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury and repeat 3 times a day. Arnica Montana 30C: (Adults/Children): At onset of symptoms turn upside down and twist clear cap until 3 to 5 pellets fall. Allow pellets to dissolve in mouth. Repeat 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.
