One (1) level teaspoon in 8 oz. of liquid, up to 3 times daily at the first sign of irregularity. Can be used before or after meals. Typically produces effect in 12-48 hours. Children (6-12 years): 1/2 of adult dose in 8 oz. of liquid, up to 3 times each day. Consult a doctor for children under 6 years. Put one level teaspoon into an empty glass. Fill glass with minimum of 8 oz. of water or your favorite juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately. If the mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir. May also be mixed in a blender. Drink immediately after mixing.
