Drape around the neck to soothe tired, sore neck and shoulder muscles. Drape over the tummy to comfort cramps - or let the pillow rest under the back or neck to relax and relieve strain and tension. Use it HOT, for a soothing, moist heat to relax muscles and ease tension. Microwave in 30 second intervals until desired warmth is acheived. Make sure to STOP the microwave and check the heat every 30 seconds to make sure that the pillow does not burn. Heating this pillow is optional. To prevent burning, do not leave the pillow in the microwave unattended. OR Use it COLD, to cool down and reduce minor swelling. Place in a clean, sealed plastic bag and let it stay overnight in the freezer. Periodically, you may need to refresh the herbal aroma of the Comfort Wrap. To do this, remove the insert and spray on the desired amount of Earth Therapeutics Anti-Stress Pillow Mist over the insert. After spraying, put cover back on over the insert. Also, from time to time, it is a good idea to wash the cover of the Wrap. The cover is machine-washable. However, make sure to remove the insert BEFORE putting the cover in the wash.
