For best results begin taking Cold Reduce™ lozenges at the first sign of the cold. For adults and children 5 years of age and older: Allow one lozenge to completely dissolve in the mouth, do not chew or swallow lozenge whole. Repeat every 2 hours, up to 8 lozenges per day.
