For Topical use not related to cough: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area 3 times daily. For children under 2 years of age: consult a physician. For Cough Relief: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Rub on the throat and chest as a thick layer. If desired the area of application may be loosely covered with a warm cloth.
