Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules of Boiling Point™ with 8 oz. of water before breakfast or morning workout, andanother 1-2 capsules 6-8 hours later. Do not exceed 4 capsules in any 24-hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. If you haven't used this supplement previously, begin by takin 1 capsule twice per day for 5 days to assess your individual tolerance. For best results, use Boiling Point™ for at least 30 days in conjunction with a healthy, calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised. Individual results may vary.
