Return Policy:
Unopened items can be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
3. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.
4. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

We are not able to accept returns on products after 30 days. Additionally, if you are returning a quantity of 3 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.
We do not honor returns on perishable items, makeup products or clothing.
Please Note: If you were eligible for free shipping on your order, and are returning it for a refund, then the actual cost for shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Shipment Contract And Tracking:
We will recharge you for shipping to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged to have the package(s) re-shipped.
Any packages lost or delayed due to a "Change of Shipping Address" or "Incorrect Address" is the responsibility of the customer. Any request that requires us to intercept your package such as a change of address, return to sender, reschedule of delivery or hold at a UPS location while the package is in transit are subject to surcharges. UPS charges us a fee of $10 per tracking number if the delivery intercept has to be placed. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check your ship to address before submitting your order. Otherwise, if you would need us to place a delivery intercept, we will have to charge you the above mentioned fee per order. We cannot cancel an order once it is shipped.
Backorders
We do not ship back orders. Any product out of stock will be listed on your invoice as "Cancelled". However, 99% of all orders are shipped complete. All unavailable items will be automatically removed from your order and the shipping charges adjusted accordingly. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will still honor the free shipping. We may substitute two or more equivalent products in a smaller size if the larger size is out-of-stock. For example, we may substitute two 60-cap bottles for a 120-cap bottle. We will never substitute an alternate flavor, brand, or product without your permission.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email help@lifesvigor.com within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contacted Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In these situations we will promptly send you replacement product.
International Shipping:
Life's Vigor ships nutritional supplements to countries around the world. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.
Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
International Addresses:
NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.
Import Taxes: Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.
Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
International Returns or Packages Refused:
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Life's Vigor for the return of the package. If the UPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Life's Vigor will instruct UPS to abandon the order, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Your Country's Custom and Import Policies:
Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
Additionally, when ordering from Life's Vigor, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Any fees charged to Life's Vigor due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label. Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".
First-time Customers: For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that international customers ordering for the first time from us may need to fax or email us information. If that is necessary, we will let you know by email. If so, we may need you to email customerservice@lifesvigor.com as an attachment the front page of your monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.) Another option is to send us a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) that shows your shipping address.
Why Do We Take These Steps? Unlike in the case of credit card purchases made by customers within the U.S., international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder.

If you are sending us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document if you like.
