Shipping rates start at $4.95 for a one pound package delivered via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Use our convenient shipping fee calculator (located above the seach box) to calculate shipping fees. You do not need to register or provide your address to determine shipping charges. Simply enter your zip code and the shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight of all items currently in your cart.
Free Shipping is only available to U.S. addresses in Contiguous 48 States and shipped via UPS Ground. There is a 10 pound weight limit for orders over $100.00, a 15 pound weight limit for orders over $200.00, and a 20 pound weight limit for orders over $300.00. If your order weight exceeds theses limits, you will receive up to a $10.00 discount off the cost of shipping upon checkout. The difference of the actual cost to ship your order less $10.00 is what you will have to pay.
Online tracking is available for all U.S. resident orders. A convenient tracking link will automatically be included with your shipping notification E-mail. International customers can request a tracking number if needed.

SHIPMENT CONTRACT and TRACKING:
We will recharge you for shipping to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged to have the package(s) re-shipped.
Any packages lost or delayed due to a "Change of Shipping Address" requested by the customer is the responsibility of the customer. Any request that requires UPS to intercept your package such as a change of address, return to sender, reschedule of delivery or hold at a UPS location while the package is in transit are subject to UPS surcharges. UPS charges us a fee of $10 per tracking number if the delivery intercept has to be placed. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check your ship to address before submitting your order, make sure that you will be available when the package arrives and in case you’d like to cancel your order, please make sure you do it before the package is shipped out. Otherwise, if you would need us to place a delivery intercept, we will have to charge you the above mentioned fee per order.
For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply.
All items purchased from Lifesvigor.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (you and Lifesvigor.com) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If the tracking information shows that it was delivered, then it was delivered. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct.

International Customs
Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country your importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
Life's Vigor's prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You the customer are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Life's Vigor for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Life's Vigor, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to Life's Vigor due to non compliance with your countries laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non compliance issues with your countrys' laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 25 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
Canada: Effective Jan. 2004, Canadian Customs requires extra documentation, and your order must be limited to a 90 day period of use. So, for example, if the label of a product says take 1-3 tablets a day, and there are 90 tabs in one unit, you may order only 3 units. Also, a number of items are not allowed to be imported.
We strongly suggest, that if it is convenient, that you have your order shipped to a friend /relative in the U.S., and then they bring it to you. Or, if you are visiting the U.S., you may ask us to ship your order to where you will be staying. This way, you can avoid the shipping charges, order as much as you wish, and have the assurance of knowing that your shipment will not be held, or returned by the customs.
Canada: The following items are not allowed to be imported unless through your Doctor: Carnitine, Acetly-L-Carnitine, Tryptophan, DHEA, DMAE (orally), Pregnenolone, Androstenedione, Yohimbe, Human Growth Hormone and Any Products Containing Vitamin K.
Credit Card Verification: International Customers ordering for the first time from Life's Vigor will need to fax the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/bill sent to you), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card. This information is used to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. Please note that, unlike with the credit card purchases originating within the U.S., we can't verify your address electronically or through the phone, so this extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once you have placed your order, please fax or email an attachment the documents to us ASAP. Your order will be shipped out once we have received one of the above set of faxes or email attachments. Please note that this requirement is only for International customers ordering for the first time. If you have ordered from us before, you don't need to fax us your credit card information.
Note: If you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document. All we need is your credit card company's Logo and address, your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card.

Backorders We cannot guarantee availability on low quantity items. All unavailable items will be automatically removed from your order, and the shipping charges adjusted accordingly. We do not ship backorders. We may substitute two or more equivalent products in a smaller size if the larger size is out-of-stock. For example, we may substitute two 60-cap bottles for a 120-cap bottle. We will never substitute an alternate flavor, brand, or product without your permission.
Damaged or Incorrect Items In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-883-9571 or 1-661-589-1818 within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contacted Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In these situations we will promptly send you replacement product.
Return Policy If you are dissatisfied with any product, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-883-9571 or 1-661-589-1818 within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. If you created an account when you placed your order, you can log into your account and use our convenient RMA feature to return merchandise.
Ingredient Changes We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or product formulation changes. We make every attempt to keep product descriptions and ingredient information as up to date as possible. However, we carry thousands of products and manufacturers often make changes without notice. This is especailly true for protein/nutrition bars, protein powders and meal replacements. If you are concerned about a particular allergen, sugar content, type of sweetener, number of carbohydrates or fat, or any other detailed ingredient information, you should call or email us to confirm the information posted on our site is up to date. If you return a product due to ingredient changes, we will NOT refund shipping fees.
NO RETURNS ON BARS, REFRIGERATED ITEMS OR MAKEUP PRODUCTS. We check expiration dates before shipping bars, to ensure items are fresh.
During the hot weather months, or anytime the temperature will be above 70 degrees, we recommend you select the Priority Mail Shipping Option for heat sensitive items. Please remember to take into account the time in transit and possible path your package may take. You don't want your package sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend or on your hot porch waiting for you to come home. Please make sure someone is available to accept your package when it arrives. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. All items returned must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Life's Vigor at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
RE-STOCKING FEES.There may be a 25% restocking fee for the return of bulk quantites (4 or more) of certain products. Please confirm whether this fee will apply before making a return.
SHIPPING FEES. We cannot refund shipping fees. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
